PRIVACY POLICY - CONSENT AND ACKNOWLEDGMENT IN TERMS OF THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION ACT 2013 ("POPI")

RENTSAFE (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our") recognize the importance of protecting the privacy of all users ("you" or "user") who access, subscribe and/or use, whether as a guest or a registered user, our website, including any content, functionality, product and services offered on or through our websites, any webpages, our online or offline mobile applications that run on smart phones, tablets and other devices which provide dedicated non-browser-based interaction between you and our sites (all of which are collectively called our "Site").
